This Privacy Policy describes how Dynamic Store Locator (“the App”) collects, uses, and stores merchant data when installed on a Shopify store.
1. Information We Collect
When a merchant installs the App, we may access and process the following information through Shopify’s APIs:
- Store information (store name, domain)
- Company and location data (for Shopify B2B stores)
- Customer data associated with companies
- Order data (including products, SKUs, and order history)
- Location data (addresses and geographic coordinates)
We only request access to data that is necessary for the App to function properly.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data solely to provide the App’s functionality, including:
- Displaying store and wholesale locations on a map
- Syncing company, location, and order data
- Applying visibility rules based on activity
- Customizing map display (such as pin colors and icons)
- Enabling search and filtering of locations
We do not use merchant data for advertising or resale.
3. Data Storage
- Data is stored securely on our servers.
- We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services.
- If the App is uninstalled, we will delete merchant data within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Shopify APIs – to access store, company, and order data
- Mapbox – to render maps and display locations
- Google Maps Platform (Places API) – to support address search and validation
These services may process limited data required to provide their functionality.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect merchant data, including:
- Secure HTTPS connections (TLS/SSL)
- Controlled access to data
- Protection against unauthorized access
6. Merchant Control
Merchants can:
- Modify or delete locations within the App
- Control which locations are visible on the map
- Uninstall the App at any time
Uninstalling the App stops all data access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
